Shipping Policy

Free 4 day domestic shipping for USA. 1-3 day inspection and handling time in our warehouse. Shipping will be sent via USPS Priority shipping and include $50 worth of insurance. We are not liable for any damages once we have inspected and shipped your product. If it arrives broken or damaged as a result of shipping this will need to be taken up with by the customer directly with USPS. Shipping damages are not covered under the AST's lifetime warranty. 

RG JG Enterprises is open Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. All orders placed Sunday - Thursday will be sent out the following day. Orders placed after noon Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. Holidays, extreme weather conditions, and other extenuating circumstances may effect your estimated shipping date.

Exchanges/Lifetime Warranty Claims
 

We all like to think we are indestructible, but life can get rough! If your AST has broken please contact us, explain what happened, and attach your order number. A customer representative will reach out within 24 business hours to move forward with the exchange process.

Return & Exchange Policy

Are you not satisfied with your AST? Let us make it right, contact us to let us know what is going on and how we can help. For a refund, customer must contact us within the first 24 hours of receiving the product, and cover the cost of shipping the product back to us within 7 business days. Once we have received the unopened product we will begin the refund process which can take 4-14 business days on average depending on your banking institution.
